About the Role
Future Beauty Brands is seeking a National Account Manager to lead strategic growth across key national customers, including Drug and Sephora. In this hybrid US Sales role, you will own account performance, translate business goals into actionable plans, and drive shared profitability through strong internal and retailer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed annual sales targets for assigned accounts and territory.
- Develop and execute strategic customer plans to expand distribution, launch innovation, and deliver a disciplined promotional strategy.
- Grow P&L contribution by increasing top-line sales, managing operational costs, and maximizing ROI from trade and markdown investments.
- Increase brand share by entering new markets/customers and replacing competitive brands within retailer categories.
- Build and lead an award-winning team by providing direct oversight of brokers and partnering closely with retailer stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate weekly S&OP forecasts by customer/region, including SKU movement, promotional influence, and current weeks of supply.
- Create customer and regional reporting for internal and external audiences (POS, syndicated data analytics, NPD performance, holiday sell-through, and ad hoc insights).
- Lead internal planning and execute profitable opportunity briefs and promotional plans.
- Prepare for sales meetings by anticipating customer needs, aligning internal priorities, setting meeting cadence, and following through on agreed actions.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of national account sales experience calling on major retailers.
- Broker management experience.
- Proven track record of setting, measuring, and achieving goals.
- BA/BS degree required.
- Highly self-motivated, driven, and accountable.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with reporting/analytics.
