About the Role
We’re seeking a Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow strategic HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering) accounts across the West region. In this role, you’ll drive sales performance, deepen product penetration, and strengthen relationships with hospitality customers to ensure profitable, sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop key HoReCa accounts, including hotel chains, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and catering companies.
- Meet territory targets for sales, volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Drive product listings, menu placements, and promotional initiatives within priority customer accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential HoReCa customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and product presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and evolving customer needs in the HoReCa channel.
- Support timely delivery, resolve customer issues, and complete account reconciliation.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and monthly business reports.
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HoReCa sales, key account management, or food service channel sales.
- Strong exposure to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and institutional food service customers (network is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the West region markets as required.
