About the Role
Join our team as an Account Executive and help drive growth by building strong, long-term relationships with clients. You’ll manage assigned accounts, spot new opportunities, and ensure clients receive responsive communication and support throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Own day-to-day account management and provide ongoing client support
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy
- Create client-facing materials including presentations, proposals, and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Track account performance and monitor client satisfaction
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and emerging business opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and document account updates
Requirements
- Experience in account management and/or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfort working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic reporting
