About the Role

Join our team as an Account Executive and help drive growth by building strong, long-term relationships with clients. You’ll manage assigned accounts, spot new opportunities, and ensure clients receive responsive communication and support throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Own day-to-day account management and provide ongoing client support
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy
  • Create client-facing materials including presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Track account performance and monitor client satisfaction
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and emerging business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and document account updates

Requirements

  • Experience in account management and/or sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic reporting
