About the Role
Brightwheel is seeking an Account Executive to drive upsell growth within our early education customer base. You’ll partner with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities and help them get even more value from our platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and developing account expansion plans
- Partner with customers to understand needs, outcomes, and usage patterns
- Present product value and coordinate next steps to increase adoption and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and strong retention
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management and/or sales focused on expansion or upsell
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a remote/distributed environment
- Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into actionable solutions
