About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to manage client accounts and help ensure an excellent customer experience. You’ll partner with internal teams to support smooth delivery, strengthen retention, and uncover growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Own day-to-day account management, addressing inquiries and requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to support successful project delivery
- Track account performance and identify opportunities to expand
- Create and share account reports, updates, and presentations
- Support onboarding for new clients and keep account records current
- Investigate and resolve client concerns with clear, effective solutions
- Contribute to business development and client retention efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or customer-facing client services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage competing priorities
- Comfort with reporting and presenting account updates
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
