About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to manage client accounts and help ensure an excellent customer experience. You’ll partner with internal teams to support smooth delivery, strengthen retention, and uncover growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Own day-to-day account management, addressing inquiries and requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support successful project delivery
  • Track account performance and identify opportunities to expand
  • Create and share account reports, updates, and presentations
  • Support onboarding for new clients and keep account records current
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns with clear, effective solutions
  • Contribute to business development and client retention efforts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or customer-facing client services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage competing priorities
  • Comfort with reporting and presenting account updates
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
