About the Role

Join our team as a Senior Associate in Employer Services, supporting retirement plan sponsors, advisors, and employer clients. You’ll be a trusted point of contact, helping resolve inquiries and issues while partnering with internal teams to deliver a smooth, high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client questions and service requests related to retirement plan accounts
  • Troubleshoot problems, investigate root causes, and drive timely resolution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate follow-through
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with sponsors, advisors, and employer contacts
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience with a client-first mindset
  • Comfort working with retirement plan concepts (employer-sponsored retirement accounts)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain issues clearly
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to meet service expectations

Schedule & Location

  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Location: King of Prussia, PA
