About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Associate in Employer Services, supporting retirement plan sponsors, advisors, and employer clients. You’ll be a trusted point of contact, helping resolve inquiries and issues while partnering with internal teams to deliver a smooth, high-quality client experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle client questions and service requests related to retirement plan accounts
- Troubleshoot problems, investigate root causes, and drive timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate follow-through
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with sponsors, advisors, and employer contacts
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience with a client-first mindset
- Comfort working with retirement plan concepts (employer-sponsored retirement accounts)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain issues clearly
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate across teams to meet service expectations
Schedule & Location
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location: King of Prussia, PA
