About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to oversee client accounts and help ensure an outstanding customer experience. You’ll partner with internal teams to keep delivery on track, strengthen client relationships, and support growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients
- Manage day-to-day account needs, inquiries, and communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to support successful project delivery
- Track account performance and identify opportunities to expand
- Create reports, presentations, and regular account updates
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintain accurate account records
- Address client concerns and drive timely, effective resolutions
- Support client retention initiatives and business development efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Comfort with reporting and presenting account updates
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach
