About the Role
Join Product Solutions (part of Precision AQ) as a Client Services Support Analyst and help accelerate value realization through data, analytics, and technology. This hybrid position supports healthcare-focused teams, ensuring clients can get the most from our solutions while improving the way providers connect with patients.
Important: This role does not offer sponsorship now or in the future. You must be located in the Indianapolis area and work from the office one day per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive support to client teams and help resolve day-to-day issues
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing client service needs to ensure smooth adoption
- Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot problems and deliver timely updates
- Maintain organized documentation and track support requests to improve resolution quality
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders to drive next steps
