We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to oversee client accounts, strengthen customer satisfaction, and support sustainable business growth. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients while partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and responsive service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

- Create account reports, presentations, and regular status updates
- Help onboard new clients and maintain accurate account documentation

Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple client priorities
- Comfort with reporting and presenting account updates
