About the Role
Join a privately held, multi-entity organization with active operations across land development, commercial holdings, and production agriculture. As the Accounting & Tax Manager, you’ll take ownership of the tax function from day one and help shape accounting policy that supports long-term stability and smart growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company’s end-to-end tax function across multiple entities
- Develop and improve tax strategy to support expansion and diversification
- Partner with finance leadership on accounting policy and related initiatives
- Support ongoing compliance and reporting to meet internal and external requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in tax and accounting leadership within a multi-entity or complex environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive process improvements
- Experience working directly with finance teams to align tax and accounting strategy
