About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeping clerk to support our day-to-day accounting and keep our financial records accurate and up to date. In this role, you’ll help record transactions, support payroll processing, and assist with reporting so our team can stay on top of deadlines and compliance needs.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers
  • Verify receipts and support bank deposits and payments (cash or check)
  • Monitor office expenses and process vendor invoices
  • Assist with tax-related documentation and form preparation
  • Process, maintain, and reconcile payroll records
  • Verify transaction accuracy and ensure correct ledger entries
  • Prepare daily and monthly financial and statistical reports for management

Requirements

  • Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation skills with a high attention to detail
  • Experience using payroll software and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently
  • Comfort working with financial records and supporting documentation
