About the Role
Tampa Sports Authority is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the Finance team. In this full-time position, you will help manage the financial accounting workflow that produces accounts payable journals, point-of-sale records, and related reports for Raymond James Stadium, the Hillsborough County Sports Complex, the golf course facilities, and other planned locations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and support accounts payable journal entries and point-of-sale reporting
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for assigned facilities
- Serve as a primary liaison between internal finance staff and relevant stakeholders
- Assist with month-end and ongoing payment-related processes to support timely reporting
Requirements
- Experience in accounts payable or a related finance/accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively
- Proficiency with standard office tools and financial record systems (experience with accounting software preferred)
Benefits
- Annual salary range: $47,800–$76,300
