About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our U.S. Operations team by managing the end-to-end permit research and submission workflow. This role is focused on accuracy and ownership—helping customers move permits from initial research through final tracking and completion.
Responsibilities
- Research permit requirements using internal databases, AI tools, and official government resources
- Contact U.S. government offices to confirm requirements and document details
- Coordinate with customers to gather information needed for applications
- Prepare and submit permit applications on behalf of customers
- Track each project through completion and maintain clear status updates
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-based Operations Leads and government contacts
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong independent judgment and ability to manage tasks from start to finish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfort working with internal tools, AI resources, and government documentation
- Ability to coordinate effectively across customers, internal teams, and external offices
