About the Role
Join UT Chattanooga’s Gary W. Rollins College of Business as an Administrative Associate II, providing essential day-to-day administrative support for the Departments of Marketing and Entrepreneurship and Data Analytics. You’ll help keep office operations running smoothly while supporting department leadership, faculty, students, and community visitors.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and oversee front desk traffic and visitor flow
- Support faculty, adjuncts, academic centers, students, and student organizations
- Process supply orders and assist with class schedule development
- Coordinate departmental and center events, meetings, and special projects
- Take and distribute meeting minutes; maintain records in line with university policy
- Reconcile departmental ledgers, procurement card statements, and payroll reports
- Monitor departmental budgets and assist with related administrative tasks
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting office operations and internal stakeholders
- Comfort working with financial documentation such as ledgers, procurement statements, and reports
- Excellent communication skills as this role serves as a key first point of contact
