About the Role
Roblox is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Office of the CEO. In this role, you’ll help drive executive priorities by coordinating cross-functional efforts, improving operational cadence, and ensuring key initiatives move forward with clarity and impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior leadership to manage priorities, timelines, and executive-level communications
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align on goals, decisions, and follow-through
- Support planning and execution of strategic initiatives by tracking progress and surfacing risks
- Help build and maintain executive reporting and meeting rhythms that enable effective decision-making
- Provide high-trust administrative and operational support for CEO office initiatives
Requirements
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Strong project coordination skills with a focus on detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfort working across teams and influencing without formal authority
