About the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Director to lead strategy, planning, and growth for our Hematology & Oncology service line. In this role, you will partner with executive and clinical leaders, as well as marketing and business development teams, to expand programs and ensure service line initiatives align with operational and capital planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of sustainable business and organizational models across service line units, clinical disciplines, and providers.
- Collaborate with executive and clinical leadership, marketing, and business development to support strategic program growth.
- Identify, develop, and launch new inpatient and outpatient clinical programs and services to meet growth objectives.
- Build and execute service line outreach strategic plans to strengthen community engagement.
- Ensure service line strategic and program planning connects to operational and capital budgeting, facilities development, and long-range master planning.
- Create marketing and promotional initiatives that increase awareness and preference for clinical services among key audiences.
- Oversee staffing models and support recruitment and workforce planning for the service line.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration, service line operations, or program development.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to connect initiatives to budgeting and facilities planning.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with clinical, executive, and marketing/business development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and scale inpatient and outpatient programs.
