About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead our site’s Quality and Food Safety efforts in New Ulm, MN. In this high-visibility role, you’ll drive operational excellence by strengthening Quality and Food Safety Management Systems and building a culture focused on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the site Quality team to support day-to-day quality execution
- Oversee implementation, management, and continuous improvement of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations
- Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to execute quality initiatives and regional priorities
- Drive continuous improvement actions that reduce risk and enhance product quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality leadership within a food or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of food safety systems, compliance expectations, and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building a quality culture
