About the Role
New Leaf Teletherapy (NLT) helps employees access supportive, high-quality mental health care through a virtual-first experience. We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide teletherapy to working adults from anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote mental health therapy sessions to adult clients via a secure virtual platform
- Maintain a professional, client-centered approach during teleconferencing sessions
- Provide consistent clinical support in alignment with applicable standards and your professional license
Requirements
- Active clinical license to practice (independent contractor classification)
- Comfort and experience conducting therapy via telehealth/teleconferencing
- Ability to work effectively with a virtual care model and client schedules
