About the Role

Affirm is looking for an Analyst I to join the Core Analytics team within Risk & Analytics. In this role, you’ll help strengthen the developer experience by building scalable data infrastructure, improving workflows, and supporting a culture of learning and documentation.

You’ll work at the intersection of data and engineering, turning signals from developer workflows and system reliability into insights that help teams deliver faster and with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports analytics and engineering teams
• Streamline developer workflows to improve reliability, visibility, and delivery speed
• Translate system and workflow signals into clear, actionable analytics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to document learnings and standardize best practices
• Support continuous improvement of data processes and operational reporting
