About the Role
Ardent is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to help drive mission-critical cybersecurity efforts supporting federal national security and defense priorities. You’ll lead initiatives that strengthen resilience and protect critical systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to advance capabilities that keep America secure.
Responsibilities
- Manage cybersecurity programs end-to-end, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
- Oversee program deliverables, timelines, and performance against defined objectives
- Coordinate with technical and governance teams to support security requirements and operational readiness
- Support reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across program processes and risk management
Requirements
- Proven experience managing cybersecurity programs or related security initiatives
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, governance, and program execution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accountability
