About the Role
KeyBank Real Estate Capital is seeking an Agency Closer to support our Commercial Mortgage Group (CMG). In this on-site role, you’ll help ensure commercial and multifamily loan transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with disciplined, risk-conscious standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize agency-related closing documentation for commercial real estate transactions
- Review transaction details to confirm accuracy and completeness prior to closing
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to move closings forward on schedule
- Follow established processes and compliance expectations throughout the closing lifecycle
- Maintain organized records and support audit-ready documentation
Requirements
- Experience working in commercial real estate loan closings or related transaction support
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling documentation with precision
- Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate across stakeholders
- Solid understanding of risk-aware, process-driven transaction execution
Work Location
This is an on-site position. The role requires working from a KeyBank office. Preferred locations include Washington, DC; Dallas, TX; Overland Park, KS; and Cleveland, OH.
