About the Role
Haywood Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Director of Finance to lead and strengthen the financial operations that support high-quality care for our community. This role combines strategic leadership with day-to-day financial management to help drive sustainable performance across the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Oversee key financial processes to support operational decision-making and compliance
- Partner with hospital leadership to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Manage financial planning activities and support long-term financial strategy
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting to internal stakeholders and required external parties
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare finance or hospital financial management
