About the Role
Pima County’s Department of Finance & Risk Management is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst III to support financial systems and risk-related reporting. This is a classified position, open until filled, with the first application review scheduled for 07/31/2026.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and support financial systems used for reporting, tracking, and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance and risk stakeholders to understand requirements and improve system performance.
- Assist with data validation, issue resolution, and documentation for system changes.
- Support ongoing enhancements to ensure accurate, timely financial information.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing or supporting financial systems and related reporting processes.
- Strong understanding of finance and risk concepts as they relate to data and reporting.
- Ability to evaluate system needs, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings clearly.
Benefits
- Annual pay range: $72,009–$100,817 (depending on qualifications and internal equity).
