About the Role
We’re seeking an AI Operations Associate to help monitor and support AI-driven workflows in production. In this role, you’ll review quality signals, investigate output-quality incidents, and help ensure our AI systems perform reliably for finance-focused clients. Please note: this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Monitor AI workflows running in production and track performance and quality signals
- Review and triage output-quality incidents, identifying likely causes and patterns
- Document findings and support resolution efforts with the broader technology team
- Assist with ongoing operational improvements to strengthen reliability and output quality
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs between monitoring, investigation, and fixes
Requirements
- Experience working with production systems, monitoring, or operational support
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing AI outputs and quality indicators
- Comfort investigating issues logically and communicating findings clearly
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and how model output quality can vary
