About the Role
Join a fast-growing finance and technology team as an AI Support Analyst. You’ll help ensure AI tools are operating smoothly and support their adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of AI tools and related workflows
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user issues to keep systems running reliably
- Help drive effective adoption of AI capabilities across teams
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify needs and improve support processes
Requirements
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, platforms, or similar tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
- Comfort learning new AI-related tools and workflows quickly
