About the Role
Air Defense Soldiers protect ground forces from threats from above by detecting, tracking, and engaging hostile aircraft. Using radar systems and coordinated reporting, you’ll support mission command with timely target information and safe, accurate engagement.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor air threats using Sentinel Radar
- Identify hostile aircraft and report locations to mission command
- Prepare, reload, and fire Avenger missile systems
- Operate as part of a team to defend ground forces during missions
- Follow training and safety procedures to ensure effective air defense operations
Requirements
- Willingness to complete military training for air defense systems
- Ability to learn and operate radar and missile systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions under pressure
- Team-focused mindset and readiness to work in operational environments
