About the Role
Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking an experienced Regional Security leader to oversee physical security operations across the Americas (AMER) region. Reporting to the Director of Global Security Operations, you will help ensure secure, compliant, and well-coordinated security coverage for SIE locations throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage physical security operations across the AMER region, ensuring consistent standards and effective execution.
- Coordinate with site and regional stakeholders to support security planning, incident readiness, and response.
- Drive continuous improvement of security processes, controls, and reporting to strengthen risk management.
- Oversee security program performance, including vendor coordination where applicable, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align security objectives with business needs and operational priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing physical security operations or a comparable security leadership role.
- Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and risk-based security planning.
- Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to report clearly to senior leadership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology or entertainment environment is a plus.
