About the Role
INTEGRIS Health is looking for a Director-level Chief Information Security Architect to lead the proactive, end-to-end definition, guidance, and governance of our enterprise information security architecture. You’ll partner across clinical, business, and IT teams to ensure security is built into transformation and optimization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern the enterprise information security architecture holistically across systems, platforms, and delivery teams
- Collaborate with clinical, business, IT, and product stakeholders to embed security into ongoing and upcoming initiatives
- Provide security architecture direction for distributed product delivery and related technology change
- Guide security decision-making and help align architecture standards with organizational goals
- Support risk-aware transformation by integrating security requirements into delivery planning and execution
Requirements
- Experience leading information security architecture and governance across enterprise environments
- Strong ability to partner with cross-functional leaders, including product and engineering teams
- Knowledge of security architecture practices and how to operationalize them in real-world delivery
- Excellent communication skills to translate security strategy into actionable guidance
