Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service by understanding customer needs and identifying ownership opportunities
- Present Apple products and services and educate customers on relevant purchase options
- Stay proactive and help drive Product Zone sales by learning what’s new and what’s available
- Keep up to date on Apple products, services, and evolving ways to buy
- Create a welcoming, inclusive customer experience that supports long-term loyalty
Requirements
- Strong interest in Apple products, services, and customer-focused selling
- Curiosity and confidence to ask questions and tailor recommendations
- Ability to learn quickly and stay current on product and sales information
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
