About the Role
ALO is looking for a Store Manager who operates the store like a true business owner. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, nurture a positive team culture, and help drive results that support ALO’s mission of mindful movement—studio to street.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all store business functions, including sales performance, store operations, and team development
- Maintain a highly productive, positive work environment aligned with company values
- Achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals consistently
- Ensure merchandising standards are executed to brand expectations
- Oversee store operations and support efficient workflows across the team
- Develop and support team performance to strengthen Sales, Operations, and Visual standards
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience with strong leadership and coaching skills
- Track record of driving sales and meeting operational targets
- Comfort managing day-to-day store execution, merchandising, and performance
- Ability to create a positive, high-accountability team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
