About the Role
ALO is looking for an Operations and Visual Manager to join our store leadership team and help bring our operational and visual strategy to life. This role is focused on keeping the store customer-ready through strong inventory practices, smart labor planning, and polished visual execution.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational execution, with a strong focus on customer readiness
- Manage inventory processes to support availability, accuracy, and efficient store flow
- Plan and schedule labor to align coverage with store needs
- Lead visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is always on-brand and well presented
- Partner with store leadership to drive efficient, effective operations
- Move throughout the store regularly, including the sales floor and back of house
Requirements
- Experience in store operations, inventory management, and/or retail leadership
- Proven ability to manage schedules and labor coverage effectively
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising and brand presentation
- Comfort working actively around the store environment
- Customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail
