About the Role

We’re looking for an Architectural Designer who can turn house design concepts into clear, build-ready plans and compelling 3D visuals. In this role, you’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects that meet both aesthetic goals and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop architectural concepts aligned with house design principles
  • Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD
  • Build 3D models and produce renderings in Revit and SketchUp to communicate design intent
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to refine solutions and support implementation
  • Review designs for compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
  • Conduct site visits to collect information and confirm design accuracy
  • Prepare client-ready presentation materials, including renderings and design boards
  • Stay current on materials, industry trends, and emerging design approaches

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design
  • Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
  • Strong understanding of house design principles and how to apply them in projects
  • Advanced Revit skills for BIM modeling and construction documentation
  • Advanced AutoCAD skills for drafting and technical drawings
  • Expert SketchUp skills for conceptual design and visualization
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and modern building materials
