Growth Engineer (AI-driven) - Full-Time, Onsite/Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and iterate on growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Build and optimize instrumentation to measure funnel performance and user behavior.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship improvements that directly impact key metrics.
• Automate workflows and improve reliability so growth efforts can scale efficiently.
• Analyze results, identify what’s working, and translate insights into next-step experiments.

Requirements

• Experience building growth systems, pipelines, and/or experimentation frameworks.
• Strong data skills (e.g., SQL and analytics) with a focus on actionable insights.
• Comfort with modern web/app tooling and integrating tracking/metrics into product surfaces.
• Ability to move fast with high standards—own outcomes from idea to execution.
