About the Role
Lola Rose Grand Mezze is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support our Food & Beverage leadership team at Thompson Palm Springs Resort. This is a hospitality leadership role where you’ll help deliver a warm, elevated guest experience—from the lounge and social bar to an intimate dining room.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant and F&B operations
- Lead and support service teams to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences
- Oversee service flow across the lounge, bar, and dining areas
- Help maintain standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and operational readiness
- Support scheduling, training, and team performance through coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with resort leadership to support events, celebrations, and guest needs
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality leadership (Assistant General Manager or similar)
- Strong understanding of F&B operations and guest service standards
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence
