About the Role
Join Aero as an Experience Trainer & Activations Lead, where you help shape how guests experience premium, low-contact air travel. You’ll be the face of the guest journey and a key driver of service standards across the team.
Responsibilities
- Train new Experience Leads to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest journey
- Lead activations that help launch and reinforce service experiences
- Ensure long-term consistency in how the guest journey is delivered across locations
- Partner with internal teams to share best practices and continuous improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in training, onboarding, or leading service delivery
- Strong guest-facing presence with excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain consistent standards and coach others effectively
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
