About the Role
As a Hospitality Associate, you’ll deliver on-site hospitality and catering support at a client location. This role includes setting up meeting spaces, assisting at reception as needed, preparing beverages, and handling general office support such as copy and mail intake.
Responsibilities
- Monitor conference rooms and meeting schedules throughout your shift, noting changes to ensure accurate setup.
- Set up conference rooms according to client requests, including audio/visual equipment, food and beverages, utensils, ice, and related items.
- Clean and reset conference rooms after meetings, and return items to vendors when required.
- Prepare coffee and other beverages in assigned kitchen areas each morning.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by cleaning coffee makers and pantry areas in the evenings.
- Communicate with supervisors or clients regarding meeting requests, deadlines, and any setup concerns.
- Track catering supply inventory and order replenishments as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or office support preferred.
- Ability to follow client instructions and meeting setup requirements accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability during scheduled shifts.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced client environment.
