About the Role
Windsor Fashions is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. In this role, you’ll help drive the store’s mission—creating an oasis that inspires and empowers women—by supporting daily operations and leading your team to deliver great customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve store productivity goals across sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses
- Coach and motivate Stylists to maintain a high-performing, fashion-focused team
- Support day-to-day store execution to ensure smooth operations and strong customer service
- Lead by example by treating everyone with dignity and respect
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment
- Ability to coach and develop team members to reach performance targets
- Strong focus on results, including sales and operational metrics
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
