About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Aveda Pentagon City. In this role, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly and efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance
- Coach, mentor, and inspire team members to deliver great results
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and operational readiness as needed
- Help maintain a welcoming, brand-right environment for customers
- Partner with leadership to meet store goals and uphold service standards
