About the Role
Tubi’s Creative Studio is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead creative across a wide range of high-visibility projects. You’ll help craft integrated consumer campaigns for major sporting moments, on-air and broadcast promos, event and sales sizzles, product feature videos, and B2B sponsorship creative.
This senior individual contributor role is ideal for a strategic, collaborative creative leader who can pitch ideas with confidence and guide execution from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and provide direction across multiple campaign formats
- Own concepting, storytelling, and presentation of creative ideas
- Oversee execution quality across design, motion, copy, and editing deliverables
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Content, and Product
- Collaborate with art directors, motion designers, designers, copywriters, and editors to bring work to life
Requirements
- Proven experience leading creative across integrated campaigns and video/spot formats
- Strong ability to translate strategy into compelling creative concepts
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated leadership as a senior individual contributor
- Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple stakeholders
