About the Role
January Digital is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Media to help lead full-funnel paid media strategy and execution. You’ll partner with internal teams to translate insights into measurable performance improvements, supporting clients with thoughtful planning, optimization, and actionable analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day and strategic oversight of paid media campaigns across the full funnel
- Guide planning, execution, and ongoing optimization to improve key performance indicators
- Turn reporting and analytics into clear recommendations and next-step actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategy with broader marketing goals
- Support client success through strong communication, documentation, and performance reviews
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in paid media strategy and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and draw insights
- Experience leading or mentoring teams and managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency with common paid media platforms and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting recommendations
