About the Role

January Digital is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Media to lead and elevate performance across full-funnel paid media programs. You’ll bring strategic direction, data-driven insights, and hands-on leadership to help clients grow while strengthening the agency’s media excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid media strategy and execution across key channels, ensuring targets are met and performance is continuously improved
  • Guide planning, trafficking, optimization, and reporting to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Provide actionable analytics and recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Lead collaboration across stakeholders to align media plans with overall marketing goals
  • Mentor and support team members to strengthen best practices in paid media

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading paid media campaigns with strong performance reporting and optimization expertise
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and cross-team collaboration
  • Solid understanding of full-funnel media planning and optimization
