About the Role
January Digital is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Media to lead and elevate performance across full-funnel paid media programs. You’ll bring strategic direction, data-driven insights, and hands-on leadership to help clients grow while strengthening the agency’s media excellence.
Responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy and execution across key channels, ensuring targets are met and performance is continuously improved
- Guide planning, trafficking, optimization, and reporting to drive measurable business outcomes
- Provide actionable analytics and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Lead collaboration across stakeholders to align media plans with overall marketing goals
- Mentor and support team members to strengthen best practices in paid media
Requirements
- Proven experience leading paid media campaigns with strong performance reporting and optimization expertise
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and cross-team collaboration
- Solid understanding of full-funnel media planning and optimization
