About the Role
Branching Minds is on a mission to help K–12 educators support every student’s holistic needs with effective, equitable solutions. As a Benefit Corporation, we’re building innovative tools that help districts implement high-fidelity MTSS/RTI—saving teacher time, improving student outcomes, and reducing achievement gaps. This VP of Marketing role is fully remote and will lead marketing strategy and execution to accelerate growth and brand impact nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing strategy and roadmap to support company growth and district adoption.
- Lead go-to-market planning, positioning, and messaging for K–12 district stakeholders.
- Oversee demand generation efforts across channels, from campaign planning to performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing programs with customer needs.
- Manage and mentor marketing team members and/or agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Track KPIs and report on marketing performance, using insights to improve ROI and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading marketing for B2B organizations, ideally with complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
- Excellent strategic and communication skills, with the ability to translate goals into clear marketing plans.
- Experience developing brand positioning and stakeholder-focused messaging.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
