About the Role
Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is seeking a part-time, seasonal Marketing Brand Ambassador to help create an energetic fan experience during game nights. In this role, you’ll represent our brands, engage with guests, and support on-site marketing efforts that elevate the overall event atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Welcome fans and interact with attendees in a friendly, professional manner
- Promote team and brand messaging during game-night events
- Assist with event-day marketing activations and promotional materials
- Support team members and help keep activities running smoothly
- Provide great customer service by answering basic questions and directing guests
Requirements
- Comfort engaging with large groups in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and outgoing, positive attitude
- Reliability and availability for seasonal/part-time game-night schedules
- Ability to follow direction and work well with a team
