January Digital is seeking an Associate Director to lead retail marketplace marketing initiatives. You’ll help translate media excellence and data-driven insights into measurable performance, partnering across teams to drive full-funnel planning, execution, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution for retail marketplace campaigns across the full funnel
- Guide media planning, trafficking, and ongoing optimization to improve outcomes
- Partner with internal teams to turn analytics into actionable recommendations
- Support client success through clear reporting, insights, and strategic guidance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, measurement, and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Experience leading or managing retail media/marketplace marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using performance data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Comfort managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality execution
