About the Role
Globalli is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and revenue-focused marketing programs for our global payroll and HCM platform. In this fast-paced SaaS environment, you’ll execute, optimize, and measure campaigns that help grow the pipeline—working closely with Sales and leadership to improve customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth
- Execute inbound and outbound initiatives across digital and social channels
- Partner with Sales and leadership to align messaging, targeting, and campaign goals
- Manage ongoing optimization to improve performance and measurable outcomes
- Support SEO, content marketing, and social media activities that strengthen demand generation
- Coordinate campaign initiatives to ensure consistent execution and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting or leading lead generation programs
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO and content marketing
- Experience with social media and campaign execution in a B2B SaaS setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on measurable results
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and leadership
