About the Role

Babilou Family US is hiring an Associate Infant Teacher to help create a safe, nurturing, and sustainable learning environment for our youngest learners. In this role, you’ll support developmentally appropriate care while working closely with a collaborative teaching team and partnering with families.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of high-quality, developmentally appropriate infant curriculum
• Help maintain a secure, welcoming classroom that promotes curiosity, confidence, and early responsibility
• Assist in guiding and supporting teaching team members to ensure consistent learning experiences
• Model sustainable education practices that support children’s long-term wellbeing
• Build strong relationships with children and families through positive, consistent communication

Requirements

• Experience working with infants or in early childhood education (preferred)
• Commitment to developmentally appropriate practices and child-centered learning
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate with families
• Interest in environmental stewardship and sustainable classroom practices
