About the Role
Rockstar Games is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Analytics team and help scale Game Security, Trust, and Safety capabilities. In this role, you’ll use advanced analytics to protect player communities and improve community health through measurable, data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated detection systems to identify risk and unsafe behavior
- Define and maintain community safety metrics to support Trust & Safety decision-making
- Apply techniques such as anomaly detection and supervised learning to surface meaningful patterns
- Build data visualizations and reporting that communicate community health and safety trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate operational needs into analytics solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist with strong statistical and machine learning fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with anomaly detection and supervised learning methods
- Ability to translate business or safety objectives into measurable analytics and models
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in large-scale data environments is a plus
