About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end digital transformation programs across technology and AI initiatives. You’ll shape delivery teams, guide multiple workstreams at once, and build strong senior relationships with clients while helping grow the practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology and digital transformation engagements from scoping through implementation, driving on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
- Develop transformation roadmaps that connect business goals to execution across modernization, cloud migration, data/platform strategy, enterprise applications, and automation.
- Own project economics across concurrent workstreams, including scope, staffing, budget, risk, and schedule.
- Serve as a primary client point of contact, strengthening trust and ensuring alignment throughout delivery.
- Mentor and lead consulting team members, contributing to capability building across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large, complex transformation programs in a technology consulting or enterprise delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of systems modernization, cloud migration, data/platform strategy, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing budgets, staffing, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
