About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director of Administrative IT, the Senior Director for IT Strategy and Project Management will help shape decision support, vision, and project planning across four Administrative IT units: ERP Systems, Platform Solutions, Infrastructure, and Project & Product Management. You will play a key role in aligning strategy and execution to support technology outcomes for 25,000 students, 1,800 faculty and instructional staff, and 500 administrative staff.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the AIT Managing Director to provide strategic guidance and decision-making support.
- Coordinate and unify AIT workstreams to ensure teams are aligned and connected.
- Integrate strategic and tactical priorities across ERP, platform, infrastructure, and project/product management.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to improve execution and outcomes.
- Advise on planning, governance, and prioritization to advance organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Leadership experience driving IT strategy and large, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project management and program coordination skills across multiple technology domains.
- Proven ability to translate vision and strategy into actionable plans and measurable progress.
- Excellent communication skills to advise leadership and align diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing or partnering with teams supporting enterprise systems and platforms.
