About the Role
Agave, a profitable and fast-growing construction data infrastructure company, is hiring an Associate Product Manager focused on Integrations. You’ll act as a semi-technical generalist who becomes a deep product expert—working closely with engineers to spec, test, and ship improvements. This is an execution-first role, centered on complex integrations, edge cases, and real customer workflows.
You’ll report directly to our co-founder/CEO and help translate customer needs into reliable, scalable integration experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering to define integration requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans
- Test and validate integration behavior across edge cases and real-world data scenarios
- Spec and document product improvements for integration reliability and usability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize fixes and enhancements based on customer impact
- Support rollout and iteration of integration features post-launch
Requirements
- Experience working on product initiatives with technical or semi-technical components (integrations preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort digging into details to debug issues
- Ability to work effectively with engineers on specs, testing, and shipping
- Clear communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Generalist approach with the drive to become a deep domain expert
